MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

The successful candidate will report to a Customer Service Supervisor and will support MOO’s customers by communicating with them via phone, chat and email. Experience in delivering world-class service is a must. The Customer Service Representative will adapt to customer needs to deliver a human and consultative support experience through creative problem solving. The person we appoint to this role will be enthusiastic, optimistic and will exude positive energy. They will enjoy working with a team to solve issues and exceed expectations. This is a hybrid role and all MOOsters will be working on site two to three days per week.

Responsibilities:
- Responds to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Puts the customer first
- Adheres to their schedule with punctuality
- Meets productivity based on forecasting, in line with incoming volumes
- Identifies opportunities for site and process improvements and notifies management
- Regularly checks in on their objectives and analyses where they stand against them
About You:
- Excellent oral and written skills with high attention to detail; a cover letter is recommended.
- Ability to work in our East Providence office twice per week.
- Enthusiastic, dependable and open to a fast-paced environment.
- Initiative and decisiveness - able to think outside the box to creatively solve problems.
- A go-getter attitude, someone who does not settle for “just OK.”
- Advanced computer skills – internet and email
- Solid understanding of either Adobe creative suite or other on-line designing software would be a bonus!.
Training (up to 90 days):EAST PROVIDENCE: 9am-5:30pm EST
Shift: EAST PROVIDENCE: 11:00am-7:30pm EST
