Required Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, call center, retail, office, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and office software.
  • Ability to learn customer service software, CRM systems, and other company applications.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
