Als Customer Service Representative bist du Teil des Teams "Daily Banking" und spielst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Unterstützung unserer Kunden. Als erste Ansprechperson stellst du Anliegen aus unterschiedlichen Kanälen in den Mittelpunkt deines Tuns und sorgst für ein positives Kundenerlebnis. Wir glauben fest daran, dass personalisierte Kundenerlebnisse das Herzstück unseres Handelns sind.   • Ob allgemeine Fragen oder Unterstützung bei unseren digitalen Diensten - du bist mit Sorgfalt ein zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner
  • Mit deinem Engagement sorgst Du für eine ausgezeichnete Kundenzufriedenheit durch professionelle Kommunikation und baust enge Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden:innen auf

Das bringst du mit:
  • Für dich steht der Mensch im Mittelpunkt: Du arbeitest sowohl mit unseren Kund:innen, als auch mit deinen Kolleg:innen partnerschaftlich zusammen
  • Du verfügst über einen hohen Servicegedanken und hast eine Affinität für digitale Serviceangebote
  • Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache fließend in Wort und Schrift und hast zudem solide Englischkenntnisse
  • Du legst Wert auf ein positives Arbeitsklima und trägst selbst gerne dazu bei
  • Es macht dir Spaß, dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und siehst Veränderung als Chance und gestaltest aktiv mit

Das wäre ein Plus:
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits praktische Erfahrung im Kundenservice und/oder in der Finanzbranche sammeln können.

As a Customer Service Representative within our Daily Banking team, you will play a central role in supporting our customers. As the first point of contact, you focus on addressing concerns from various channels and ensure a positive customer experience. We firmly believe that personalized customer experiences are at the heart of our actions. Therefore, we are looking for curious, honest, and passionate individuals who are motivated to contribute and further develop their skills in customer service.
Job responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact, assisting our customers and helping them resolve their concerns.
  • Address general inquiries or provide support with our digital services, acting as a reliable contact with care.
  • Ensure a highly satisfactory and build close relationships with our customers through your commitment.
  • Contribute to shaping the future of banking and actively support the growth of the company.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Prioritize people by collaborating with both customers and colleagues in a partnership-oriented manner.
  • Demonstrate a strong service mindset and an affinity for digital service offerings.
  • Fluency in German both spoken and written, along with solid English skills.
  • Value and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Embrace continuous development, view change as an opportunity, and actively participate in shaping it.
