Customer Service Officer
Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing• Responsible for system-related work - SO entries, maintenance, shipment release & inventory management.• In close collaboration with Field Sales, Inside Sales (IS), Quote Specialist / Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics.• Responsible for overall Customer management as well as handling RMA (customer returns).• Work closely internally with Field Sales and Inside Sales on Pre-Order & Order Entry.
What We Are Looking For• Diploma or Degree in any fields.• At least 3 years of experience in customer service (order management), sales administration or buyer role.• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficient with Microsoft office software, especially for Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).• Customer-service oriented, analytical and problem-solving mindset.• Self-motivated and ability to prioritize tasks with sense of urgency.
