Landing that perfect dream job could be right under your nose as a Customer Service/Expeditor Support Rep in our St. Louis Office. We are seeking a customer service driven and excellent communicator to be responsible for providing support and contacting our small business members (contractors and flooring store owners) for expediting status of job assignments related to insurance program participation.
In addition to great benefits, a fabulous work environment and a super-collaborative, friendly team, CCA Global Partners offers a hybrid work schedule with opportunity to work remotely Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays after an initial in office training period of approximately 90 days.
Our Customer Service/Expeditor Support Rep will:

  • Communicate with members to ensure timely submission of all required job assignment data as per program requirements.
  • Provide support for and collaborate with contractors, stores, and insurance partners to investigate, identify, and resolve issues with estimate submittals, job timelines, zip service areas, work classifications/trades, participation and active status in programs, contact changes, payments, job notifications, and assignments or reassignments.
  • Provide incoming frontline phone support to our members and insurance carrier partners to assist with issues as outlined above.
  • Perform routine review of contractors/stores performance statistics to assure compliance with required program standards, providing improvement coaching as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support for program timeline requirements, guidelines and expectations, best practices and any additional support/information as needed.
  • Contact carrier partners for estimate approvals, additional assignments, and payments as well as handle escalated claim issues to resolution and assist with estimate documentation needs as needed.


Do our requirements match YOUR background?

  • High school diploma: Associate’s in Business administration preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ business-related experience and/or customer service experience; Insurance industry and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Comfort level of interacting and having coaching sessions with contractors on the phone.
  • Ability to easily learn new complex software programs.
  • Basic math knowledge, personal computer, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, & written communication skills.
