Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our Helpware team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with our vendors via email and phone to resolve issues/questions.
  • Communicate with potential customers via phone and email to answer questions and give quotes.
  • Coordinating the scheduling of our equipment rental returns with our customer base along with our vendors via incoming calls and email.
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently to provide outstanding support and solutions.
  • Navigate calls to the appropriate area.
  • Provide considerable knowledge of our equipment, pricing, and process to our customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all and the ability to listen effectively.


Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or College Welcome
  • At least one year experience within customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills (mandatory), experience with CRM preferred
  • Highly motivated, self-starter while also being a team player.
  • Highly organized, displays time management skills.
  • Ability to retain and relay industry-specific knowledge.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Ability to control emotions during potentially high-stress situations.
  • Ability to take feedback and constructive criticism.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • Phone sales experience
  • Experience working for a waste management company
