This Position reports to:
Operations & Sales Support Team Leader
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
Deliver high‑quality service aligned with ABB values by ensuring accurate order processing, data integrity, and compliance with all OH&S and Integrity requirements.
Manage end‑to‑end order handling in SAP and Salesforce, including purchase requisitions, PO quality checks, customer follow‑ups, and coordination with sales, supply factories, and shared services.
Oversee invoicing, contract cost monitoring, and documentation accuracy to support timely payments and strong financial performance.
Support stock management, material transactions, customer/vendor setup, and training bookings while identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications for the role
Relevant experience working on similar customer service role
Knowledge in Salesforce Case Management and Sales Force Field Service Lightning Management
Bachelor degree/Diploma in any field with relevant experience.
Experience in SAP (SD/ECC Module) preferred.
Knowledge in MS Office Suit (Excel and outlook) preferred.
Collaborative mindset with excellent written and oral communication skills.
