Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will support the Regional Sales Manager for Eastern Europe about administrative / customer related tasks, like sample orders, follow up calls to customers, clarifications with team / factory, communication with local distributors and reps. The person performs also various functions in the review, processing and entry of sample orders as well as providing status and shipping information of existing orders.
Essential Functions:
- Review daily incoming sample requests
- Order entry of daily sample requests into system
- Follow up with customers about customer related tasks / topics
- Issue tracking numbers to sample requesters on shipped orders
- Provide material to Product Engineering and applications engineers as needed
- Process orders, shipments and inventory for MPS e-commerce business
- Assist the customer service department as needed with daily tasks including but not limited to:
- Creating reports as needed to track sample transactions and sample distribution trends
- Provide data as needed to management on sample activity by customer; region, etc.
- Miscellaneous customer service tasks as needed; such as stock checks, expedites etc.
