Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)

What you will do:

  • Provide support to customers and find the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Partners with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add on extensions.
  • Process customer orders and respond to inquiries, questions or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales.
  • Keep current on knowledge of Trane Products, offerings, and promotions in order to provide a premier customer experience and drive sales.
  • Interact with customers both on the phone and in person.
  • Executes quote and order management processes with high level of accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery – entering quotes and invoices and follow through on fulfillment.
  • Assists with warehouse/inventory management work as needed.
  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

 

What you will bring:

  • High school diploma required and a diploma in Building Mechanics is an asset.

  •  Experience in a dynamic, customer-focused environment with an emphasis on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.

  •  Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal sales, retail sales, or a related field; 

  • HVAC sales/knowledge and mechanical aptitude .

  •  Proven experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service, even in difficult situations.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$63,840.00 - $92,505.00
