As a Customer Retention Specialist on the Window Genie team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Project Management: Manage and implement various projects and initiatives, such as new product launches, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements.

  • Franchisee Support and Training: Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to franchisees on operational procedures, marketing strategies, and customer retention techniques.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage and optimize franchise operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and maximizing profitability.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with franchisees, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and address concerns.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, measure success, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance around Repeat Business System initiative.

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in executive/administrative/office support roles, with a strong preference for experience in franchise operations and/or marketing

    • Proficient in relevant software and systems, such as TCN, MailChimp, and financial analysis tools.

    • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or marketing preferred

  • Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid (Monday-Wednesday in office), Irving TX with 10-15% travel required.
