Es el responsable de lograr los objetivos de negocio a través de un liderazgo efectivo de su equipo y así garantizar la adecuada implementación de la estrategia de Marketing, apegándose a las políticas y procedimientos dentro del contexto de Compliance, así como a la legislación para la industria farmacéutica.
Responsabilidades
Es responsable de alinear las estrategias de Marketing-Ventas específicas de cada producto bajo su responsabilidad y supervisar que se ejecute de forma correcta en campo por sus representantes. Realizar seguimiento de las ventas de los productos asignados a su responsabilidad y de los estados a su cargo. Equilibrar las cuotas por territorio, basado en los valores de mercado, tendencias y participación. Implementar y dar seguimiento a los planes de negocio del año. Realizar un análisis del mercado con el uso de las herramientas que la compañía le provee (ejemplo: reportes de cobertura de ventas, participación de mercado, de visita médica, etc.).
Seguimiento de la correcta planeación, organización, ejecución de los eventos de educación médica continua (EMC) que realizan los representantes a cargo. Buscar el desarrollo de relaciones sólidas y de largo plazo con clientes clave (Decisores Estatales)
Educación, Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas
Carrera universitaria concluida (Con título) en área administrativa o afín.
2+ años de experiencia en rol similar en industria farmacéutica
Experiencia previa en generación de relaciones a largo plazo con sus clientes y personas clave de su negócio.
Dominio de paquetería Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Disponibilidad para viajar al menos 50% de su tiempo.
Excelentes habilidades interpersonales.
Capacidad de persuasión.
Educación, Experiencia y Habilidades Deseables
Conocimiento de sistemas CRM (como Veeva, Salesforce, etc.)
Trabajo colaborativo en equipo.
Actitud positiva.
Espíritu emprendedor.
Alta responsabilidad y autogestión.
Inglés intermedio.
Estudios de posgrado.
