Job Description

Working Monday to Friday only; as a Customer Relationship Manager at Together Money, you will work as part of our fantastic Direct Sales team supporting our customers. You will be taking inbound telephone calls from potential new customers from across multiple sales channels e.g. Auction Sales/ Commercial Sales/ Direct etc. During the call, you will be asking 'rich' questions to understand and qualify the customer's needs, and in turn, which specialist mortgage sales team can support the Customers further before passing the customer through. You will also make proactive outbound calls to previous and existing customers, who may be i.e. coming to the end of their mortgage term or looking to refinance etc with the view to retaining their custom.

As a Customer Relationship Manager, we are looking for you to:

  • Make 'warm' outbound calls to existing customers to fact find about additional lending we maybe able to offer them
  • Take inbound calls from new customers and make appointments with the most suitable Business Development Manager or Mortgage Advisor
  • Have an appetite to learn about Together’s products and underwriting criteria (you would be given full training) so you are able qualify a customers suitability for a loan with Together
  • Consistently provide a high level of service to all customers, to maximise the potential from each call and help customers achieve the bet outcome 
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to with all contacts so that regulatory requirements are met

Qualifications

We offer full training and we don't expect any previous Mortgage industry knowledge. Whilst this role doesn't involve any cold calling, you will certainly require advance telephone sales skills with the ability to develop a quick rapport with the customer, ability to ask the right questions to truly understand customer needs, overcome objections and ultimately sell the most appropriate mortgage product before our specialist teams can close the deal.
