Program Structure:

  • Duration/Schedule: Flexible part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months.
  • Location: Mequon, WI
  • Hybrid flexibility: 3 days a week in office, 2 days remote
  • Start Date: May 2026

As an Agile Technologist Intern, you will play a key role in driving innovation and efficiency within our commercial technology ecosystem. This position focuses on leveraging agile principles to deliver well architected, governed, scalable solutions, enhance digital capabilities, and support business transformation initiatives across commercial teams.

What you will do:

  • Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify process bottlenecks and recommend enhancements.
  • Support CRM Enhancements & Governance: Assist in configuring, testing, and documenting CRM updates.
  • Partner with Cross‑Functional Teams: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT.
  • Participate in Agile Ceremonies: Support sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Develop User‑Friendly Documentation & Training: Create job aids and tutorials.
  • Support Data Quality & Reporting Efforts: Monitor data accuracy and assist in building dashboards.
  • Conduct Technology Research & Recommendations: Explore emerging tools and evaluate fit.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve User Issues: Help diagnose system issues and coordinate resolutions.

What the team does:

  • Enable Agile Delivery: Facilitate agile practices within technology projects, ensuring iterative development and continuous improvement.

  • Technology Integration: Partner with commercial teams to implement and optimize digital tools, including CRM platforms, internal tools, customer facing applications, and reporting dashboards.

  • Solution Development: Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy technology solutions that improve customer engagement and operational performance.

  • Data & Insights: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) to create actionable insights and dashboards for commercial decision-making.

  • Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain content on internal platforms to promote best practices, technology tips, and process updates.

What we're looking for:

  • Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Information Systems, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with current status of at least a sophomore level.
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to succeed in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
