What You’ll Do

• Provide administrative and coordination support for customer-facing teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including contracts, activities, and performance metrics.
• Prepare reports and presentations for customer reviews.
• Serve as a reliable contact for operational enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Coordinate onboarding activities across internal departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer journey.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a commercial administrative, account coordination, or customer service role (B2B preferred).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data and preparing reports/presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset.
