Description:
Under limited supervision, cultivates the established relationships with customers and advises the Sales team on all account activity, with strong communication between organization and customers. Works directly with all levels of subordinate and executive management across many functional areas including Distribution, Logistics, Order Processing, Contracts, Pricing, and Manufacturing.
Essential Functions:
- Works internally and externally to ensure orders are submitted, received, processed & shipped.
- Manages customer’s product portfolio and transactional data, via the customer’s vendor web portal when applicable.
- Works with Sales, Order Management, and Business Analytics on product availability for customers based on customer’s request and/or requirements.
- Work directly with customers on product setups. Provide all necessary documentation for setup or enter directly via the customer’s web portal when applicable.
- Work with the outside sales team as needed to ensure customer service success.
- Provide reports and documents internally and externally on a routine and ad hoc basis.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in failure to supply penalty research.
- Provide order tracking to customer.
Education:
- High School or GED - Required
Experience:
- 3 years or more in Customer Service
- 3 years or more in Analytics
Specialized Knowledge:
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
