The Customer Relations Analyst will support the Sales team ongoing client servicing and business support functions. The role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient operations, high-quality client experience, and effective delivery of marketing and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Trade Systems, and Risk teams to support seamless ongoing servicing and client integration.
- Liaise with Sales desks to support client account management and enhance client engagement and experience
- Support management of external business relationships and related processes
- Identify and support cross-selling opportunities across different desks and product lines
- Maintain strong awareness of compliance obligations in all client-facing and operational activities
Competencies, Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in financial services, preferably within futures and options
- SFC Type 2 license (or eligibility to obtain) is required
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
