Experience
- No minimum experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in administrative/secretarial, customer service, or business office
- Experience in healthcare
- Personal computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Windows-based applications
- Experience with multiple phone line systems or switchboards
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Certification Summary

- Demonstrated verbal/written communication, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities
- Answers telephones, takes messages, and routes calls.
- Answers callers' questions and provides requested information.
- Provides directions, pages requested individual(s), and distributes/collects appropriate paperwork and forms.
- May perform other department-specific duties such as supporting volunteers, filing documents, filling in for other staff members, and other assignments as appropriate.
