🧭 What You Will Do
- Manage and update the Service Quote CRM to meet key performance targets
- Drive revenue by booking customer appointments and scheduling engineers
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure timely completion of paid works
- Use data insights to identify gaps, prioritise workloads, and unlock new revenue opportunities
📈 What We Look For
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Confidence in customer relationship management and strategic planning
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in conflict resolution and rapport building
- Sales or planning experience, ideally in field-based operations (desirable)
