Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Quality Specialist (CQS) for our new plant in Columbus, Ohio. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our solar products, with a particular focus on customer satisfaction, audits, and complaint handling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the quality aspects of our products throughout the entire customer journey, from pre-sales to after-sales service. This includes addressing customer complaints, coordinating audits, and implementing continuous improvement measures to enhance product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales services for PV module products:
- Customer visits: Handling arrangements for overseas customer visits, conveying customer information to various departments in the factory, and tracking reception.
- Order business support: Providing feedback and confirmation on issues related to order execution from customers, headquarters, and customer service, and conveying them to the factory.
- Resolving issues related to customer supervision and feedback, following up on customer supervision and inspection, and handling customer feedback and exceptions at project sites.
- Participating in the review of module quality inspection standards:
- Pre-production confirmation: Implementing production line standards, confirming information on main and auxiliary materials, and verifying compliance with contract agreements.
- Reviewing and communicating technical and quality execution standards, promptly raising and reviewing any deviations from the contract, and resolving them through communication with the customer.
- Responsible for the preparation and reception of customer factory audits:
- Collecting information on business and headquarters visits by customers, confirming the information, and conveying it internally within the factory. Preparing for visits or factory audits.
- Cooperating with and assisting in customer visits and factory audits.
- Liaising with headquarters on customer management-related tasks:
- Addressing customer requirements conveyed by the headquarters quality department.
- Conveying and promoting the quality expectations of orders to various departments at the base.
- Driving internal improvement based on customer feedback:
- Customer surveys: Addressing customer feedback, promoting internal improvements or corrective actions based on customer feedback.
- Building and maintaining the brand:
- Maintaining good communication and rapport with customers, establishing strong relationships, and building a foundation for business transactions.
- Timely completion of assigned tasks from the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
Knowledge of ISO9001 and Microsoft Office preferred.
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Perfect learning ability and Curiosities about new things.
Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline.
