We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Quality Engineer to join our team at our facility in Bohemia, NY. In this role, you will be the main point of contact between our site and our biggest customer in regard to maintaining and improving the quality of our products. You will interface with their quality team, manage quality issues, and ensure compliance with our contractual requirements. Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface with the customer’s quality team, addressing quality issues and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Write detailed reports and corrective actions and present them during weekly meetings with the customer.
- Review and analyze technical data, drawings, and work instructions to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including business leaders, other quality engineers, production engineers, and engineering teams, to troubleshoot and perform failure analysis.
- Assist with quality issues in production and repair shop.
- Lead small projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline from an accredited college/university (or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 8 years of experience in quality within a manufacturing environment)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within a manufacturing environment

The base pay range for this position is $117,900.00 - 140,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 12/8/2025.
