Are you a proven leader with a passion for customer satisfaction If so you might be the next Customer Project Manager CPM at Ericsson In this role you will take charge of Fulfillment Assignment Specifications FAS and ensure we meet both our own high standards and those of our customers You will be responsible for compliance with group directives legal and financial guidelines and global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety requirements You will also ensure data security and privacy Together with your team you will drive value for customers and contribute to Ericssons continued growth
What you will do
  • Ensure alignment between contract and delivery through pre sales CFR
  • Establish a solid project plan and lead execution successfully
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Manage financial performance to meet target margin
  • Deliver within scope budget timeline and ethical standards
  • Ensure data accuracy for timely and reliable reporting
  • Lead the project team by providing direction feedback and coaching
  • Act with integrity and a strong compliance mindset especially for ABC and financial controls
  • Work in a results oriented collaborative and data driven way

The skills you bring
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a related role
  • Strong consultative skills
  • Knowledge of automation and process management
  • Negotiation skills
  • Service delivery business understanding
  • Data analytics capability
  • Financial acumen
  • Interest or experience in artificial intelligence
  • Customer insight driven mindset
  • Ericsson portfolio knowledge is a plus
