About Us
Thales Hengelo's Naval organization is built around segments. This includes the Services Segment where all knowledge, experience and activities come together to provide all forms of product life cycle management for Thales-NL solution. Whether it concerns complex combat management systems or standalone radar systems, the Service segment has the capabilities to deliver customized Logistic and In-Service Support solutions to its customers. Within the Services segment, around 200 employees work day and night to continuously optimize the operational availability of our customers' systems.
About the team
As Customer Project Manager, you will be part of a team with enthusiastic project managers who are able to support our customers worldwide in delivering customer-oriented Services with the agreed quality. As project manager, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction. The Segment Services has a strong growth ambition.
About your future job
As Customer Project Manager you are responsible for set up and execution of Services Projects in close cooperation with the stakeholders in the Thales organization. You are allocated to the Segment Services and you are responsible for the realization of Service projects within time, budget and requirements constraints.
The main tasks are:
- Provide a controlled and predictable execution of the Program
- Responsibility for the contract with reporting to relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to reviews, evaluations and Services product road map activities
Why you'd be a good match
You have proven experience with working in a technical environment and affinity with technical products. As Customer Project Manager you:
- Have relevant experience in Project Management of (complex) projects
- Have a good skillset in project management methods
- Good commercial skills
- Have the ability to overview complex situations and to manage multi-task environments
- Have excellent leadership skills
- Are strong in motivating and structuring members of all levels
- Excellent communication skills
- Are fluent in English
- IPMA B certifications is a preferred
