EI Solutions & Service Delivery is part of the Enterprise Informatics (EI) business group and is a service and delivery organization operating throughout DACH/Central Europe. The organization employs itself with Project management, implementation, service & support, lifecycle management and sales support all EI solutions within the Precision Diagnostics Business Group. Focus form Healthcare IT (HIT) solutions from the areas Radiology, Cardiology and clinical Image post-processing.
Radiology Informatics (RI) with the product Vue -PACS and Vue RIS, an established Business unit focusing on solutions to Digitization of radiological Diagnosis and image processing specialized in.
Your role:Lead large RI projects and cross-functional Project teams to secure the implementation of our solutions according to scope, quality, budget and time.
Plan for the provision of project management, schedules, installation plans, meeting minutes and others within the framework of the project methodology necessary Project documents
Appropriate balancing risk tolerance, problem escalation and setup more detailed Progress / escalation reports (including proposed corrective actions).
Manage external suppliers like subcontractors and partners with complex or tailor-made contracts.
Support of the sales and cost forecasting process for projects
Coordinate and motivate all project staff and stakeholders to achieve the project goals best possible to reach.
Design, execute and handover of projects with a view to the best possible customer satisfaction and service friendliness
Escalate and manage risk of the transferred projects
Manage procurement & logistics of hardware and software
Support sales in the definition of special Solutions, Risk Management, Answering relevant Questions to Project management
You have a bachelor or master in medical engineering, medical informatics, information technology or similar.
Approx. 5 years of experience in IT project management in the Healthcare IT / Radiology Informatics environment
Posses PMP® or comparable Project management Certification, or the prerequisite and willingness this to obtain
ITILv3 Foundation certification, or the willingness this to obtain
Very good knowledge in relevant IT systems and workflows in healthcare IT, MS Office / Project, the implementation of RIS/PACS projects, communication - both internally and also with customers, in writing and verbally
Capability for motivation and leadership, also without direct Personnel responsibility
Fluent in Dutch, French and English
Willingness to travel, High self-motivation
