Our Pricing team plays a critical role in empowering commercial teams across the globe to exceed their goals. As a Customer Pricing Analyst, you will support pricing strategy, drive profitability, and collaborate closely with both internal partners and external customers.
This is a full-time remote role.
What we’re looking for:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in pricing, contracts, finance, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Access is an asset)
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, and PriceFX
- Familiarity with contract compliance and pricing governance

How you will thrive and create an impact
- Analyze, evaluate, and implement pricing strategies to improve profitability while meeting compliance and contractual guidelines
- Support regional sales leaders and sales representatives with pricing recommendations, contract support, and reporting
- Manage assigned key accounts including customer communication, pricing execution, RFP coordination, and audit support
- Contribute to SOX audit initiatives by monitoring routine price changes, uniform pricing requirements, and contractual terms
- Review and implement contract updates driven by corporate initiatives, supplier price changes, or FX fluctuations
- Prepare and present pricing files and insights to internal stakeholders across business units
- Demonstrate and uphold Avantor’s mission, values, and Code of Conduct
- Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Transparency:
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$67,000.00 - $108,100.00Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
