Join Chas Roberts, one of the largest family-owned HVAC contractors in Arizona, as a Home Orientation Specialist. In this role, you will provide new homeowners with a comprehensive understanding of their HVAC equipment, ensuring efficient and effective use. Basic HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct new homeowner orientations, focusing on the HVAC system and its components.
- Explain the functionality and features of HVAC equipment and answer homeowner questions.
- Provide guidance on best practices for operating the HVAC system to optimize energy efficiency and performance.
- Demonstrate how to change air filters, adjust thermostats, and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all orientations and follow up with homeowners as needed.
- Collaborate with builders and contractors to ensure HVAC systems are installed correctly and according to local building codes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation or maintenance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
