As a Customer Order Specialist you’ll be responsible for order book management taking full ownership of executing actions and performing customer inquiries according to our procedures and policies.

What you’ll do
- Monitoring e-ordering and placing orders in SAP.
- Daily routine of checks for order confirmation.
- Monitor e-invoicing and issuing invoices according to customer requirements.
- Solving customer complaints.
- Close collaboration with clients in assuring after-sales support.
Your qualifications
- Previous experience in similar role in customer service and operations domain.
- Basic knowledge of sales, pricing and project management processes.
- SAP/ EDI knowledge - nice to have.
- Positive attitude and proactivity.
- Stakeholder management skills and ability to build efficient collaboration with commercial & sales.
- Client centric attitude.
- Problem solving skills.
