Summary:

Engage and liaise with various internal departments to create and execute the full life cycle of a customer’s purchase order.

Work together with our global customers and sales team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of advanced technical systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Create internal sales order within custom billing system 
  • Organize delivery details such as, system customization notes, ship date, mode of transport, and payment terms
  • Provide customers and sales team with delivery updates such as, order revision requirements and transit rescheduling

Qualifications: 

  • College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
