JOB PURPOSE

As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Nordic Order to Deliver (O2D) Team within Customer Operations, working in close collaboration with external and internal stakeholders to deliver an outstanding service for our customers. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement of O2D processes and strategic customer collaboration.
This role combines using data-driven analysis and decision-making with strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Logistics, Customer Business Development (CBD) as well as driving customer strategy. You will identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency and process harmonization, and collaborate closely with our service hub teams and the business and implement best practices across the Nordic O2D organization.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
In this role, you will:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to establish and continuously improve processes and ways of working, ensuring efficient and seamless operations.
• Represent Customer Operations towards customers and the business, leveraging expertise across the wider team when needed.
• Leverage data and analytics to identify insights, assess the O2D performance, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Partner with our service hub teams to enhance operational efficiency, increase automation, and support a touchless approach across O2D processes.
• Lead and strengthen external customer collaboration initiatives to improve service levels, resolve challenges, and identify opportunities for mutual growth.
• Document, standardize, and govern processes to ensure consistency, clear ownership, and a high-quality customer experience.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Logistics, Planning, or a related field.
  • Native : Finnish
  • Upper-intermediate : English
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of how operational decisions impact customer experience and business performance.
  • Ability to navigate complex processes with a structured, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance short-term execution and long-term strategic goals.
  • Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for driving change.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Exposure to project management, process optimization, continuous improvement, or system implementation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel.
