Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the accurate end-to-end resolution of post-sale customer requests. Each day, you will assist in resolving commercial returns in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and follow internal rules and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by analyzing trends within the returns process to highlight any repetitive failures to further support continuous improvement.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Ensuring the resolution of post-sale customer requests for commercial returns. Pro-actively communicates with customers and internal functions to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking any disputes that arise and proactively coordinating with the necessary functions to ensure faster resolution.
  • Working with the manager in providing appropriate solutions for customer request, coordinating with the related teams to ensure complete handling of the request, and ensuring containment actions, returns, credits, and/or debits are processed.
  • Collecting and archiving the documentation regarding requests/claims/disputes within the target timeline and ensuring all outcomes/actions are recorded and closed in the systems within your scope of responsibility.
  • Complete the returns process with our regional distribution center located in Italy.

Qualifications for the Role

  • Vocational training FPGS in administration area or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative tasks preferably related to customer support
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and customer support
  • Mindset to support customers, take ownership, ensure procedures are fully met, communicate effectively and proactively
  • Valuable experience using ERP (SAP SD/MM Modules) and Sales Force Case management, MS Office
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (level B2)
