The Role

The Post Sales Operations team is tasked with building the industry defining Post Sales experience for our customers. We do so by designing and scaling efficiencies across our internal processes and surfacing data-driven insights to better serve our customers and for leaders to more effectively make critical decisions and manage performance.

In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting a critical function of the customer journey - offboarding. You will interact directly with customers as well as a variety of internal stakeholders to ensure our customers’ experience exiting the ServiceTitan platform is seamless while also maintaining internal data integrity and reporting needs. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Support customers in the offboarding process from our core platform and pro products

  • Collaborate with billing and legal team members on key steps in the offboarding process to minimize delays

  • Conduct exit interviews with customers to gain insights on why they have decided to leave the platform so that we can continue to improve our service and product

  • Report to post-sales leaders on in-flight activities and insights gathered from exit interviews

  • Maintain data in our internal systems to support accurate reporting

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in post sales operations involving internal or external customer support

  • Strength in using analytics tools (Tableau) in order to monitor operational activity and performance

  • Proficiency in balancing priorities in a fast paced environment

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders such as billing, legal, finance, customer success, and professional services

  • Experience with Salesforce and an understanding of common workflows

  • English Fluent
