You will be supporting the Customer Operations Optimisation Manager with all technical tickets which are created by the Customer Operations teams that are focused on a specific part of the product. Working closely to different technical teams, you will be responsible for identifying technical improvements in order to optimise operations flows and will also assist with the integration of new tools within the Customer Operations Department. You will be involved in elevating the product experience.

Job Description

Your playing field:

  • Optimise: You will assist the Customer Operations management in optimizing flows, processes and procedures from a operational perspective to increase efficiencies.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will write business requirements with a clear scope and share them with relevant stakeholders.
  • Integrate, Test, Monitor: Assist with the integration of new tools within the Customer Operations department, carry out User Acceptance Testing, and monitor the performance/KPIs post-release.
  • Bugs Reporting: Identify or escalate technical bugs and liaise with stakeholders and product managers to ensure improvements are made to the tool/product.
  • Optimising Tools: You will find ways to optimize the tools through UAT and analysis of configurations to increase the success rate.
  • Training: You will deliver training on the used tools to all impacted stakeholders.
  • Ownership: You will own processes and procedures related to the respective product flows. You will also ensure that JIRA/Confluence is always up to date and lead the documentation and maintenance.

Qualifications

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience. Working in a similar operational role.
  • Excellent Understanding of all Customer Operations Functions. We need your knowledge to reach our goals, along with an understanding project management, managing tickets, stakeholder management, and data analysis.
  • Languages. Our #oneteam consists of more than 50 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico's mission. English is the way we communicate within the company– score some extra points with us if you can speak and write in German too.
  • Communication Skills. Communication is key, and therefore we are looking for someone that excels in handling communication at all levels and presentation skills. 
  • Advanced analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills. We need your data analytics and reporting skills to come up with the best solutions for us.
