Job DescriptionReporting to the Sales Excellence team and under the responsibility of the Sales Director of the Robotics Division, you will oversee the customer operations management teams (Sales Administration) in support of our organisation on a global scale. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and harmonising practices across the Division, whilst optimising our pre- and post-sales operations for our customers in liaison with our various sales regions worldwide.
Your key responsibilities will be as follows:
- Designing the target organisation based on customer portfolio segmentation to optimise team operations and ensure a profitable service for our customers
- Define the roles and responsibilities of each individual and implement organisational changes within the sales regions
- Optimise existing sales processes and associated costs in our relationship with customers throughout their purchasing journey
- Ensure customer satisfaction through an optimised purchasing experience throughout their relationship with us
- Implement and/or optimise sales tools (ERP, CRM, business software) and the processes of our sales subsidiaries
- Steer the business through data collection to guide key actions for customer relationship excellence
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer operations
Mobility: occasional travel within France and abroad
QualificationsEducation: Master’s degree, typically from a business school or IAE. A different qualification supplemented by significant experience is acceptable.
Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in customer operations management, with a role managing a multi-site, international team, ideally in an industrial environment undergoing transformation
Special Knowledge:
- Functional management of international teams
- Organisational transformation and change management
- Project management
- Experience in shared service centres
- Data analysis (performance indicators)
Foreign language: fluent in English required
Soft skills : Results-oriented and customer-focused, leadership, proactivity, strategic vision
