Your Role: As a Customer Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our Telecoms teams in matters of reporting and project monitoring.
How You Will Contribute to Our Success:
- Control the project reports and locate/correct deficiencies.
- Keep track of the project documentation and keep it organized.
- Create overviews and reports for the management team.
- Assist the Telco Coordinators and Telco Manager with the evaluation of all project activities.
- Maintain accurate work logs of activities, job information sheets, project team rosters etc.
- Prepare the documentation needed for the certification of the works.
To be a fit you will need:
- Higher Education degree.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in construction services, administrative support or relevant field.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Understanding of the construction industry and processes
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Good command of the German language (current level: A1-A2).
