本ポジション「Customer Onboarding Specialist (導入支援コンサルタント)」は、急拡大する日本市場においてHubSpotをご契約いただいた顧客に対し、導入支援・コンサルティングを行うポジションです。
導入支援担当者はカスタマーサクセスチームの中で最初に顧客との接点を持ちます。期間中にTime to value（顧客がサービスを利用してから価値を実感するまでにかかる時間）を縮めることは、その後の顧客の成功を左右し、サブスクリプションビジネスにおいて大きな役割を担います。
高い評価を誇るプロダクトの構築・初期の運用に携わるため、製品知識のみならずコミュニケーション力を培うことができます。今後の日本のマーケティング・セールス・カスタマーサービス/サクセス領域の変化にワクワクする人、顧客の成功はもちろん、本領域における自身の成長にコミットできる仲間を探しています。
Responsibilities- HubSpotを導入する顧客のビジネス・ゴール・課題・組織体制等のヒアリング
- HubSpotの機能を最大限活用いただくための運用・設定に関するコンサルティングおよび活用サポート
- 新機能や製品アップデートへの理解と業務への適応
- 摩擦の少ない顧客体験実現に向けたセールス・カスタマーサクセスマネージャーとの社内連携
- 以下のいずれかのご経験
- ソフトウェアの導入支援
- ソフトウェアの自社導入を牽引した経験
- マーケティング・セールス・カスタマーサクセス/サービスに関連する業務
- 変化の早い環境への適応力
- 顧客の成功や課題に真摯に向き合い、共に成功に取り組める
- 新しい分野の学習と自身の成長へのコミットメント
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力とビジネスレベルの英語力
- CRMやマーケティングオートメーションの実務活用経験やコンサルティング経験
- 他ツールとの連携について、お客様と同じ目線で会話できる程度の概念理解があること（技術的実装は不要）
