Position Summary

May work closely with Field Sales, Account Managers, and internal business partners to successfully document all onboarding requirements for new McKesson customers. Consults with other team members (project management/services/support/customer care) to be sure all compliance requirements are initiated and documented for new business implementations. Emphasis on learning onboarding requirements of buying group and GPO partners, and technical expertise to assist in driving successful onboarding of new business opportunities. This role will be supporting the customer onboarding process and will follow specific, outlined, and detailed procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and resolve assigned tasks related to new customer onboardings in their work queues.
  • Send out appropriate contracting or termination documents to the customers for various programs.  Offboard customers as needed.
  • Various data entry/documentation for field sales/customer reporting.  Managing shared inbox on a daily basis.
  • Setup secondary and other low-touch accounts following standard operating processes
  • Work weekly and monthly audit reports to ensure accounts meet quality requirements
  • Additional duties support new customer implementations as assigned

Minimum Requirement

Typically, minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience. May have degree or equivalent.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple implementations at one time
  • Positive, professional demeanor and presentation in all internal and external interactions
  • A strong attention to quality, detail, and confidentiality
  • A fast learner with an innovative and positive approach

Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus
  • Smartsheet, Tableau, SQL, MS Access knowledge a plus

Working Conditions:

Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) –

  • Traditional office/home office environment

Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.) –

  • Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required. Incumbents must be able to walk more than a few feet from their workstation

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$22.15 - $36.91
