You will be at the forefront of digital logistics, serving as the essential link in the onboarding ecosystem for our global carrier partners. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where your organizational prowess and reporting skills directly contribute to business continuity and the success of large-scale customer projects.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Spearhead the end-to-end integration of new carriers onto our Transporium platform, from account setup to comprehensive user training.
Serve as the dedicated Carrier Onboarding Specialist, expertly managing your project deliverables within larger customer accounts.
Drive business continuity by providing essential technical support and maintaining well-organized ticketing queues and reports.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate project specifications and successful system launches.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a direct customer-facing role, managing relationships and expectations.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to provide detailed reporting and documentation.
Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, for conducting business with global colleagues and customers.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, ensuring coverage between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time M-F.
Bonus Points For
Direct background in transportation or logistics.
Experience with a ticketing system and managing multiple queues.
Familiarity with the Transporeon product suite or similar industry software.
