Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
- Drive execution of kickoff calls, technical scoping sessions, solution utilization, and integrations
- Define and lead outcome-driven onboarding strategies for enterprise cybersecurity clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, security engineers, product, support) and external client stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth hand-offs.
- Diagnose and resolve onboarding roadblocks—technical, process-related, or organizational.
- Develop and deliver focused workshops on platform use cases and best practices to key client teams.
- On-site visits to the client, to support with the onboarding process.
- Create and maintain onboarding materials: slides, project plans, status reports, and knowledge transfer documentation.
- Identify risks and opportunities during onboarding, escalating as needed and proposing mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years in cybersecurity, SecOps, threat intelligence, technical consulting, or related fields.
- Strong project management skills (PMP, CSM, or experience running technical implementations).
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity platforms; comfortable leading live demos, scoping technical integrations, and training.
- Experience in conducting assessments according to security standards (e.g., ISO27001, NIS2).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude for understanding customer needs.
- Capable of managing multiple clients and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project management in related IT fields or consulting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Technical certifications, Cybersecurity certifications relevant to the domain (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Security+) will be an added advantage.
