The Customer Marketing Specialist cultivates enthusiastic customer advocates—mobilizing them to share their experiences through channels like Google, G2, and other key review platforms.What You’ll Do
The design and execute strategies that spark customer excitement and amplify our brand reputation, making it easy and rewarding for users to become vocal champions.
Develop and execute customer communication strategies.
Partner with teams to ensure consistent messaging across the customer journey.
Own the planning and execution of customer-specific events.
Manage sponsorship opportunities for customer and industry events.
Own and optimize the customer review strategy.
Launch campaigns to generate new customer reviews.
Collaborate to identify and develop customer advocates and case studies.
Experience with marketing and CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and G2, and a track record of executing B2B email marketing campaigns.
Work cross-functionally and track program performance.

What You’ll Bring
1-3 years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or a related B2B marketing role with proven ability to manage customer programs and communications.
Strong project management and excellent communication skills.
Experience with marketing and CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and G2, and a track record of executing B2B email marketing campaigns.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset and analytical skills.
Collaborative and adaptable self-starter with a high degree of initiative and willingness to work with global stakeholders.
