What Makes This Role Great:
In this role, you will stand at the intersection of executive strategy and market intelligence, directly shaping Trimble's corporate roadmap by converting high-touch CxO conversations into actionable product, revenue, and M&A strategies.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
• Architect and scale a unified global Customer Advisory Board (CAB) framework across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Direct the overarching strategy, content curation, and execution of the flagship Executive Summit at Trimble Dimensions.
• Facilitate high-stakes regional and global CxO advisory sessions that drive strategic peer-to-peer dialogue.
• Integrate Voice of Customer insights directly into executive product roadmaps, commercial priorities, and M&A strategy.
• Pioneer AI-driven tools to capture, synthesize, and distribute market intelligence into a closed-loop feedback system.
Essential Skills & Experience
• 8+ years designing and managing global CABs, executive summits, or C-suite programs in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Proven "player-coach" agility to seamlessly move between strategic C-level planning and hands-on event delivery.
• Exceptional executive presence and proven track record building trusted relationships with internal and external CxOs.
• Demonstrated mastery architecting high-profile executive tracks at large-scale global user conferences.
Bonus Points For
• Hands-on experience leveraging modern AI tools and event MarTech stacks to optimize program insights and efficiency.
• Experience developing scalable global playbooks for regional program enablement.
