About the Role

Lead the execution of advertising campaigns and develop compelling contents to promote the unique value propositions of our products and services for AIA HK.
This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

Roles and Responsibilities:


As a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will:


  • Lead the planning and execution of product advertising campaigns and always-on content, ensuring communications clearly differentiate our products and services in the market.
  • Partner closely with external agencies and vendors, including creative, media, design, event, production, and printing partners, to ensure high-quality deliverables and strong value for the business.
  • Ensure all communication materials comply with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and integrity across channels and touchpoints.
  • Align with internal stakeholders and obtain Legal and Compliance approvals for communication materials to ensure timely and compliant execution.
  • Support ad hoc projects, manage urgent assignments, and provide administrative support to the team as required.
  • Deliver projects and initiatives within agreed timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to required standards.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform campaign planning and support strategic decision-making.
  • Co-manage the content hub on AIA’s corporate website, keeping content current, engaging, and aligned with brand, product, and customer segment messaging.

Minimum Job Requirements:


Education

  • University graduate preferably in Marketing or Communications focused

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Brand and Product communication, preferably with advertising agency experience and marketing experience in financial institution 

Skills and Requirement

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Computer literate in MS office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Multi-tasking
  • Positive, passionate, flexible, self-motivated, dynamic
  • Strategic, creative and able to think out of the box
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skill      
  • You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
