Customer Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our team at Veryon! This position directly benefits sales, customer success, and marketing by increasing customer advocacy and loyalty (including referrals, testimonials, references, etc.), identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and increasing loyalty and retention. Our ideal candidate won’t shy away from consistently proving how he/she is driving revenue.
You’ll be responsible for:
· Identifying, managing, and developing customer reference, advocacy, and loyalty campaigns with customers across our entire portfolio
· Collaborating with the Customer Success team to build rapport with customers through a variety of marketing programs to increase renewals, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities
· Partnering with our communications and events team to lead customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, roadshows, onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns
· Identifying key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, speaking opportunities, etc.
· Help marketing, sales, and customer success meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives
· Measuring and reporting on the success of customer campaign performance and marketing-influenced pipeline.
· Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of customer lifecycle, demand generation, and B2B marketing trends, best practices, and technologies to identify new opportunities.
The day-to-day tactical responsibilities would include:
· Composing and sending customer emails
· Managing and maintaining engagement and advocacy programs while continually recruiting new customer advocates
· Managing our library of up-to-date customer success stories and adding new ones each month
· Managing annual/biannual/quarterly customer satisfaction surveys
· Developing, along with the Customer Success team, a customer lifecycle campaign program, that aligns with and supports the customer journey, and partnering with marketing operations to implement it
· Targeting happy customers for upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy opportunities
· Providing consistent product feedback given by customer advocates to Product Marketing and Product Management

Knowledge & previous experience:
· Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on communications, marketing, and business
· At least 3 years of relevant work experience in B2B/SaaS in Marketing Management or Customer Success
· Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platforms
· Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy
· Ability to write effective copy is a necessity
· Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
