Position
Customer Marketing Lead
Job Summary
Drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion through targeted marketing programs. This role owns upsell/cross-sell campaigns, lifecycle communications, and product engagement initiatives.

Job Duties 

  • Build and execute customer campaigns 

  • Develop targeted newsletters and lifecycle communications 

  • Drive user engagement within the product (Newton) 

  • Segment customers and personalize messaging 

  • Partner with internal teams to improve engagement 
     

Accountabilities/Results/Success for this role    

  • Increased expansion revenue 

  • Higher product engagement and adoption 

  • Improved retention and customer lifecycle metrics 
     

Required Qualifications/Skills/Competencies  

  • 4+ years in customer marketing (B2B SaaS preferred) 

  • Experience with lifecycle marketing and CRM tools 

  • Strong segmentation and campaign execution skills 

  • Data-driven mindset focused on retention and growth
