As Customer Marketing MEAP trainee you will be supporting the team with the executional aspects of WTR's POS Solutions (permanent and promotional) in the Duty Free stores of Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Asia Pacific in order to strengthen and enhance Mondelez's brand presence at the point of sale, with strong focus on efficient and effective trade investments. The brands you will be dealing with are Toblerone, Cadbury, Milka, Oreo, Daim and Tang.
You will support the team to ensure best in class execution of all agreed plans and programs with our retail partners. You will support the team with the design, execution and evaluation of high-profile promotions and standard tasting activity, as well as the co-ordination of Gift With Purchase items. You will also support permanent executions at the POS.
More about this role
Main areas of work include:
Merchandising Projects - In Store Excellence (Permanent Merchandising installations)
- Close contact with agencies and the responsible account managers to drive the projects efficiently according to customer focus and location focus.
- Create planograms for merchandising recommendations for all new implementations and locations required by the customer
Promotional Set-ups - activation of brand plans
- Ensuring implementation and co-ordination of High Profile Promotions and standard tasting activity to drive in-store excellence
- Close contact and coordination with third party suppliers (agencies) for installation and implementation, including PO/Budget relevance.
- Briefing to customer and promoters on activities to ensure an optimal execution of the activities and mechanic of the promotion
Brand Ambassador management
- Support with the daily contact with BA's
- Support with training materials
Required:
- University degree in Business or any related field
- Commercial Education, university degree or equivalent preferred
- Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills
- Analytical skills
- Open mind and drive for results
- Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to business challenges.
- Excel and PPT literacy
- English (written and spoken)
