Role Responsibility
- Develop and own the year-round customer marketing calendar with themes, content, and communication materials to ensure effective customer communications across omni-channels.
- Develop customer sell-in pitches in collaboration with sales, digital marketing, and product marketing teams to deliver the plans.
- Regularly update website content to align with product and offer updates
- Execute bilingual writing tasks for a variety of marketing materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and cultural relevance in all content produced.
- Tertiary Education, major in marketing preferable
- 2-3 years working experience in marketing
- Good analytical and presentation skills & attention to details
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Team-player with creativity, passion for growth
