The Role
We are looking for a motivated team member to support our Customer Marketing team within the Consumer Experience & Loyalty Marketing function. This team is responsible for delivering customer-facing marketing initiatives and onsite/app experiences to drive engagement, retention and value growth among our subscribers and registered users.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with weekly reporting and data analysis on traffic, content engagement, and key metrics
Track news agendas and editorial calendars to inform marketing plans
Contribute to campaign planning, content creation, and execution
Build and edit marketing emails and customer campaigns
Analyse and report on campaign performance and share insights
Participate in team and project meetings across departments
Required Skills and Experience
A strong passion for quality journalism and the FT’s mission
Excellent communication skills with keen attention to detail
Adaptable and collaborative approach
Enthusiastic and curious about people, trends and media
Comfortable working with data and digital tools
Desirable
Experience in or exposure to customer marketing
Understanding of subscription-based or media businesses
Familiarity with digital campaign tools or analytics platforms
