ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Primary liaison between NCR Atleos and the assigned retail clients including communication, problem resolution & escalation of issues on behalf of the client.
  • Partner with Account Executives (sales) to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are met, per the service contract, including SLA and branding compliance.
  • Participate with customer initiatives to help improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in regular meetings with customers to review their needs and ensure they are achieving their desired contractual outcomes. Act as the primary point of contact for specific customers.
  • Perform reviews of each client portfolio to identify performance issues and work with the appropriate parties to resolve the problem. Prepare and present client portfolio performance and review reports as needed.
  • Identify common customer challenges and proactively provide solutions. Deliver regular presentation decks with KPIs and performance analysis.
  • Lead get-well plans to address deviations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to share with product and sales teams.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and/or REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English oral and written communication skills, including presentation of information to clients and management.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years in Account Management, Operations or Client Service.
  • Ability to read and interpret contracts, profit/loss statements and invoices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Good customer rapport, demonstrates empathy with ability to instill confidence.
  • Must be able to work in an environment requiring extensive telephone and computer work and be able to handle multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Must be a self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to express and follow the company Values, Mission, Principles and Procedures
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly respond and prioritize between multiple demands
