As a Customer Managed Services - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognize when to take action, and communicate effectively to drive project success.

Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and integration of Salesforce applications to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing training and support for seamless utilization of Salesforce applications
- Guiding teams through complex problem-solving and strategic planning processes
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to improve service delivery
- Directing teams through ambiguous and challenging situations with composure
- Developing training materials to enhance client understanding and application of Salesforce solutions
- Innovating processes to drive results and maintain operational excellence in client engagements
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and address data challenges
- Promoting the use of emerging technologies and leading practices across consulting teams
- Confirming data integrity, security, and compliance within analytics frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing data utilization and improving business performance
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Lightning
- Utilizing advanced skills in business process modeling and systems project management

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
