As a GRC/IRM ServiceNow Technology Implementation Solutions - Senior Manager, you will focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will guide clients through complex regulatory landscapes, enhancing their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and recognizing when to take action or escalate issues. Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions using ServiceNow technology
- Advising clients on regulatory compliance strategies and risk management practices
- Managing complex projects to enhance clients' internal controls and mitigate risks effectively
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
- Developing and maintaining compliance frameworks and programs for clients
- Conducting compliance audits and assessments to validate adherence to regulatory standards
- Providing guidance on anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention measures
- Utilizing data analysis and interpretation skills to identify and address compliance risks
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities
- Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing teams

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Skills Required
