Job Description

  • Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service by supervising customer orders, interactions, resolving called out issues, and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Continuously review customer service processes and procedures to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, operations, and marketing, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of customer service activities
  • Handling replenishment activities with Kraft Heinz customers to ensure orders fulfillment on time with no damage by coordination with internal partners' warehouse, transportation and finance teams
  • Ensure strict fair share allocation of stocks between the customers according to the targets and time gone.
  • Review and analyze distributors stocks, sell in, and sell out on daily basis in terms of quantities, coverage and expiry dates to ensure right stock levels are maintained and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance to secure company monthly sales target and highlight if any slowdown across the channels.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly KPIs of CFR, RDD and OTIF and tracking reason codes in case any deviations.
  • Be the internal voice of customer in the company to promote the customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Continuous improvement projects supporting LOGOS agenda and ensure customer excellence to be the best supplier of choice.
    Qualifications
    • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Business Administration
    • Work Experience: 0-2 years in Supply chain departments
    • Language Knowledge: Arabic and fluent English spoken, written is a must.
