Customer Logistics Automation Rep

Reporting to the Manager of the Network Operations Team you will collaboration between the Customer Logistics Organization in Supply Chain and the Automation Center of Excellence (ACOE) in IT to automate processes, implement tools, and enhance reporting. Prioritize the intake and development of multiple automation projects while managing several projects simultaneously. You'll build partnerships across Supply Chain, IT, Global Business Services, Customer Order Management, and other departments within Conagra.

Position Responsibilities

• Automate business processes and reporting to increase time available for business analysis
• Collaborate with business partners and ask questions to understand existing processes
• Recommend solutions to automate and enhance existing processes
• Prepare documentation to facilitate successful automation of processes
• Escalation point person for issues with existing automations
• Escalation point person for third-party resources performing manual/automated appointment scheduling
• Summarize and communicate recommendations to leadership
• Evaluate internal and external customer requests and direct appropriate solutioning
• Partner across departments and with multiple levels
• Work across geographies and cultures
• You'll learn project and program management concepts

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business related field
• 2+ years related business experience
• Experience with multiple business processes and reporting tools
• Experience with MS Office:  Word, Outlook, Excel
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Exposure to robotic process automation (RPA) concepts
• Number of days in the office: 3 Tuesday - Thursday

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
